Pour leur premier enregistrement en trio, David, Jérémie et Edgar Moreau ont choisi les deux trios avec piano de Schubert. Jouer cette musique en frères crée pour eux un climat de proximité et d'échange naturel, qui met en valeur la richesse et la sensibilité de ces oeuvres écrites peu avant la disparition du compositeur. Le programme inclut également des arrangements pour trio de plusieurs lieder célèbres (Der Hirt auf dem Felsen, Du bist die Ruh, Auf dem Wasser zu singen et Ständchen) réalisés par les frères Moreau ou par Dimitri Soudoplatoff.
