Avis: Durant la brève mais prolifique ère du punk rock et de ce qui vient immédiatement après, l’Irlande du Nord a fourni un certain nombre de très bons groupes et quelques disques essentiels, dont le fameux Teenage Kicks des Undertones, le single préféré de John Peel. The Outcasts, Rudi et Stiff Little Finger ont également marqué le punk rock de leur sceau grâce à leur talent mélodique et le caractère pop de leurs morceaux, à l’instar de nombreux groupes signés sur le label symbolique de cette scène : Good Vibrations. Même si l’on peut trouver regrettable l’absence de certains singles indispensables, cette copieuse compilation offre un panorama fidèle du Belfast rock de l’époque, notamment grâce au DVD qui l’accompagne, entre extraits de concerts survoltés et blindés britanniques dans les rues.
